Ángel Lanzando Incienso Uno, de los dos Ángeles que llevan incensario, lanza incienso a su alrededor, dando servicio a toda la comunidad en un ambiente de alabanza solemne de Dios. Se utiliza en la misa solemne cantada, en la bendición eucarística, en la procesión y en el entierro en que sube hacia el cielo. La función del incienso es de rechazo de insectos y de desinfección. Es como un spray para el ambiente, hace respirar más hondamente y hace percibir el aroma con que se presiente la solemnidad.
