Las Espigas están ubicadas en el pináculo que remata el Portal de la Fe a 54 metros sobre el nivel de la calle, las Uvas y las Espigas simbolizan, en representación de la Eucaristía, el vino y el pan, la sangre y el cuerpo de Cristo respectivamente. La obra fue realizada por el escultor Llorenç Matamala i Piñol y sus colaboradores.
