La Visitación La virgen María visita a su prima Santa Isabel para contarle que está embarazada del Mesías. Santa Isabel se convierte así en testimonio del misterio de la Encarnación pronunciando las famosas palabras «Bendita tú entre todas las mujeres, y bendito el fruto de tu vientre», añadiendo: «¡Feliz la que ha creído que se cumplirían las cosas que le fueron dichas de parte de Dios!» Las estatuas fueron realizadas por el escultor Llorenç Matamala i Piñol según composición y dirección de Gaudí.
