Vista Calle Mallorca - Calle Marina - 2007 - El Ministerio de Fomento ha anunciado una modificación del proyecto del paso del AVE, el túnel pasará por la calle Mallorca. La parte más afectada es la Fachada de la Gloria, que está en construcción, y cuyos cimientos llegan a 15 metros por encima del nivel freático. El túnel proyectado pasará a 30 metros y tendrá una pantalla de pilotes de hormigón hasta 45 metros.
