Bajo el tronco del pináculo el símbolo de autoridad, el anillo episcopal. En el centro del anillo el hueco para los reflectores, uno apuntando a la calle y otro para iluminar las torres centrales. El pináculo incorpora la inicial del Apóstol San Matías.
