Melocotones
El melocotón es una fruta de verano, dulce con un toque ácido, jugosa y refrescante. Es muy saludable, con buena aportación de carotenos, no tiene casi calorías y es muy rico en hidratos de carbono. Es originario de China habiendo llegado a Europa a través de Persia. Crece en zona templadas y su temporada es durante los meses de junio a agosto.
