Peras
La pera es una fruta generalmente con forma de campana, es carnosa, jugosa, azucarada y perfumada. Su contenido en calorías es muy bajo, abundante en fibra y totalmente carente de sodio. Es nativa de las regiones de Europa oriental y de Asia occidental. Los perales tienen tendencia a la caída de fruta antes de la recolecta, por tanto se las recolecta inmaduras entre julio y agosto.
