José de Arimatea y Jesús El cuerpo de Jesús, ya descendido de la cruz, es depositado en la tumba por sus dos amigos. Según la tradición cristiana José de Arimatea era el propietario del sepulcro en el cual fue depositado el cuerpo de Jesús después de la Crucifixión. Era hermano menor de San Joaquín, el padre de la María. Se convirtió en tutor del nazareno después de la temprana muerte de San José, el esposo de María.
Joseph of Arimathea and Jesus The body of Jesus, down from the cross, is placed in the tomb by his two friends. According to christian tradition, Joseph of Arimathea was the owner of the tomb in which was deposited the body of Jesus after the Crucifixion. He was the younger brother of St.Joachim, the father of Mary. He became guardian of the Nazarene after the premature death of St.Joseph, the husband of Mary. |
