San Vicente de Paúl San Vicente de Paúl (Pouy, Landas, 24 de abril de 1581 - París, 27 de septiembre de 1660), es una de las figuras más representativas del renacimiento católico en la Francia del siglo XVII. Fue fundador de la Congregación de la Misión, también llamada de Misioneros Paúles, Lazaristas o Vicentinos (1625) y, junto a Luisa de Marillac, de las Hijas de la Caridad (1633). La estatua fue modelada y realizada por la escultora Núria Tortras.
St.Vicent of Paul St.Vincent of Paul (Pouy, Landes, April 24, 1581 - Paris, September 27, 1660), is one of the most representative of the revival of Catholic France in the seventeenth century. He was a founder of the Congregation of the Mission, also called Missionaries of Paule, Lazaro or Vincentians (1625) and, along with Louise de Marillac, the Daughters of Charity (1633).
